By placing an order with us you accept our terms and conditions.

All menu items are subject to availability and change without notice.
Unfortunately we unable to accept credit or debit cards.
Quotations are valid for thirty days.
Deliveries are not available during weekends or Bank holidays.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Business Customers
Orders - please give at least 24 hours notice (deadline is 12 noon). Orders can be placed by email (preferred) at orders@spinneycatering.co.uk . If we accept the order an email confirmation will be given.
Deliveries - will take place before 12 noon on the required day unless previously agreed with us. Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Reading . A minimum order and delivery charge will apply if delivery is required elsewhere.
All crockery, cutlery and glassware should be cleaned and ready for collection by the end of the working day. A charge will be made for any items that are returned dirty, damaged or broken or are missing. A charge will also be made if we have to make a subsequent trip to collect any outstanding items.
Payment - (by cheque or bank transfer) must reach us no later than 30 days from the invoice date. A charge of £2 per week (or part week) and a one off administration charge of £2 per unpaid invoice will apply if this is not met. A £2 charge will also apply to each reissued invoice. These charges should be paid in full within 7 days.
Full payment will be required if the order is cancelled or the numbers reduced within one working day of the order date.
Private Functions
Orders will be accepted by email (orders@spinneycatering.co.uk), by telephone or in writing.
A non returnable 20% deposit (cash or cheque) is required on booking as your confirmation.
Final numbers and menu choices should be confirmed to us no later than 1 week before your booked date. If you do require any changes to the set menus please let us know and we will recalculate the price.
The remaining balance (cash or cheque) should reach us no later than 1 week before your booked date.
Full payment will be required if you cancel, or reduce the numbers within one week of your booked date.
